Insulation for Van Conversions (for sound and heat)

Our insulation for the VW Transporter is a great choice to keep your van warmer and quieter. It works better and costs less than other insulation you can buy.

It is very easy to fit. All you have to do is cut it to size, peel off the backing, and stick it on.

• You don’t need to buy any extra glue.
• It has a built-in foil layer to stop moisture.
• It is made from 7mm thick foam that pushes water away. It will not rot or get mouldy.

Please Note: Choose your van’s make and model, and you will get enough insulation for the sides and roof.

• Short Wheelbase vans come with 8 metres of insulation.

• Long Wheelbase vans come with 10 metres of insulation.

• The carpet is light, flexible and easy to shape. This makes it quick and simple to fit.

• It stretches in all directions. This makes it perfect for covering tricky curved areas like wheel arches.

We also sell replacement Panel Rivets. These are the clips used to fix plywood panels to your van.

• A Short Wheelbase kit comes with 10m x 2m of carpet and 10 cans of Trim-Fix glue (if you choose that option).

• A Long Wheelbase kit comes with 12m x 2m of carpet and 12 cans of Trim-Fix glue (if you choose that option).
